Ddisgrifiad / Description | Mr J. A. Lush, [M.P.], House of Commons to Dr. Henry Thomas, stating that he has read the pamphlet which accompanied Dr. Thomas's last note. Dr. Thomas has received scant justice from the General Medical Council. Mr. Lush further states that he thinks it is a pity that advice given to Dr. Thomas by Sir Robert Lush could not have been 'inexpensively' followed enabling the validity of Dr. Thomas's claims to be ascertained. Mr. Lush also states that if the Bill he has introduced becomes law, he does not see how the new Medical Council created by it could redress any injuries caused by its predecessor. Mr. Lush suggests that when the bill becomes law Dr. Thomas should renew hia attempts and supplement what he has already done by official documents ensuring recognition of the status of the college in queation. Mr. Lush ends by stating that he has no hopes for the Bill being passed during this session. |
