COPY LETTER (14 April 1860): Francis Hwakins, Medical Registration Office, 32 Soho Square, London W. stating that the Branch Medicla Council has by various circumstances been prevented from meeting much longer than expected. It will however meet the week after next when there will be an opportunity of reconsidering Dr. Thomas's case more fully than has yet been possible. |
