Ddisgrifiad / Description | Robert Lush, Temple, giving his legal opinion regarding Dr. Thomas's attempts at registration under the Medical Act. He is of the opinion that a jury would find in favour of Dr. Thomas, and advises him to serve a written demand on each member of the Branch Council for England and on the registrar, stating that if the demand is not complied with or a satisfactory reason for non-complience is not given within a specified period (of reasonable length to enable them to meet and discuss the matter) proceedings would be taken against them individually or collectively, or both as Dr. Thomas should be advised. The £2 should be again tendered to the Registrar and if they still refuse, he advises an application for a Mandamus. |
