Ddisgrifiad / Description | Henry Thomas, 10 White Friars, Chester, to F. Hawkins, esq., M.D., London, asking him to keep the Post Office Order until he sees a letter received by Dr. Thomas from the Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Homeopathic Medical College of Pennsylvania along with certificates showing he had practised in England as a physician prior to the passing of the Medical Act. He thought it probable that the Council had refused his registration on the grounds of his not having sent such proof of his practising prior to the Medical Act. He cannot understand why the Medical Council refuse to be satisfied with such satisfactory testimony as had been produced before them with respect to his having obtained his degree after regular examination. |
