| Ddisgrifiad / Description | On this site stood the original Parish Church. It was still there in 1747 but by 1800 it had disappeared.
The Rock is associated with the legend of St. Ffraid. St. Bridget is said to have come to Glan Conwy from Ireland. She built up her first church supposedly on this rock (c. 7th cent.) and it received the Welsh dedication St. Ffraid.
