| Ddisgrifiad / Description | This development was scheduled under the 1979 District Plan. Two hundred houses were to be built on land belonging to Ty Mawr Farm sold by Mr. A. Williams. The building began in 1980 and the contractor was Gorst Bros. Limited.
The Estate was to consist of three parts: Nant Refail, Bryn Derwen Las and Parc Derwen.
