| Ddisgrifiad / Description | On this very shore, during happy rambles with Alice Liddell, Lewis Carroll was said to have been inspired to write that literary treasure 'Alice in Wonderland' which has charmed children for generations. It was unveiled by Rt. Hon. D. Lloyd George, M.P. on 6 September 1937.
