Ddisgrifiad / DescriptionThe Exchange was opened in 1892 in an attic at 69 Mostyn Street, at the request of Dr. Freer who asked the National Telephone Company to provide a service between his home and his Promenade Surgery. The Exchange closed down in about 1930 when Llandudno became one of the first towns to have an automatic system wired to new equipment at Colwyn Bay.
