Ddisgrifiad / Description | On the 28th August 1890 at Happy Valley, by way of commemorating the Royal Jubilee, Lord Mostyn presented the town with a large portion of the slopes of the Great Orme's Head. The land was accompanied by a donation of a canopied drinking fountain. The central space is occupied by a bronze bust of Queen Victoria. This was worth around £3,000 in 1987 and was stolen either on the 7th or 8th November 1987. However, on the 12th November, a little girl named Victoria spotted the bronze bust in the undergrowth in the Happy Valley itself.
