| Ddisgrifiad / Description | The Protest March and Rally objecting to the closures of Wards, or local N.H.S. Hospitals, was held on Saturday 21 May 1988. People were asked to assemble at 2.00 p.m. at the Cenotaph and then proceed through Mostyn Street to the Rally on the Promenade, near the Bandstand. The strength of feeling for this cause stopped the traffic in Mostyn Street.
