| Ddisgrifiad / Description | The Town Band has been a feature on the Promenade since 1871. For the past half century they have had a fixed bandstand near the Imperial Hotel, but, between 1877 and 1910 they had a mobile platform known as the 'Juggernaut' which used to be towed by horses to various vantage points.
