Ddisgrifiad / Description | The Chapel was opened in 1883 by the Congregationalists who needed larger premises for their swelling numbers. They were moving to Llandudno as the town developed into a holiday resort and a retirement centre for elderly people from the north and midlands of England. Many of these were English Congregationalists who had no Chapel of their own and so they worshipped at the Welsh Chapel, proving the need for a larger one with bi-lingual services.
