| Ddisgrifiad / Description | Red Garages (Motors) started in May 1907 and was called Llandudno Motor and Garage Company Limited. In the early days it was a car storage business. In 1911, a manager at the [Wolsley] Motor Company in Birmingham called Frank Wilkes, took over until his death in 1958. His son, Tony Wilkes, who had been Managing Director, became Chairman upon his father's death. Tony Wilkes' son, Colin, became Managing Director in 1980.
