To the left of centre in the middle distance beyond the fence, can be seen the faint remains of one of the two houses partly built by Robert Williams, 'George and Dragon', in the 1850s. The ground floors alone were built, as the estate authorities stepped in to have have the work stopped, fearing the despoiling of the Happy Valley.
