Ddisgrifiad / Description | This was founded in 1813 and extended in 1836 after an appeal for funds to 'Christians in rich England'. It was rebuilt in 1876 (a schoolroom being added in 1902). Its most famous Minister was the Reverend Lewis Valentine, appointed in 1921 and sentenced to nine months imprisonment as one of the three Welsh Nationalists who on 8 September 1936 set fire to the contractor's stores during the building of an R.A.F. Bombing School at Penyberth, near Pwllheli.
