| Ddisgrifiad / Description | The entrance front, in the short side, is of large roughly coursed rubble and contains four round headed windows. The south door lintel is dated 1835. Internally, a little seating remains. The roof was part hipped. The Chapel is now demolished to door height and it has been disused since 1959.
