| Ddisgrifiad / Description | This was used to carry slate from the quarries above Llyn Eigiau down to a wharf on the river for transportation to Conwy. It was closed and abandoned in 1888 but opened again in 1907. The wagons were run by a steam winding engine. The bridge in the photograph carried a tramway over a small stream.
