| Ddisgrifiad / Description | Plaster indicates that this farm belonged to Sir John Wynn II, 5th Baronet of Gwydir who died in 1718. He was a cousin of Sir Richard Wynn who died in 1674. Gwydir Estates went to Richard's daughter, wife of the future Duke of Ancaster. He was not on good terms with her so he did not live at Gwydir, but perhaps moved to Plas Llan. There is a granary and a large parlour. It is thought that Sir John Wynn probably improved the building on the site in 1684.
