Ddisgrifiad / Description | The foundation stone was laid in August 1867 by Mrs. W. E. Gladstone. It was built as a result of the demand for a large church where English language services would be held in the town which was rapidly growing in population as a resort for those of the upper social classes. The tower was added in 1885, this time by Mr. Gladstone, who supplied the bell. The east window depicts St. Seiriol holding a church in his hand and the window above the west door is in memory of Queen Victoria.
