| Ddisgrifiad / Description | Pictured in approximately 1890 with his family. The family lived at Tryphena House, Lloyd Street, Llandudno and he became the town's first Labour Councillor. The Llandudno Branch of the Labour Party was formed in January 1924 with the following officials:
President: Cllr. J. Cheethan; Treasurer: Mr. Stockton; Secretary: Mr. T. H. Cleaver.
