| Ddisgrifiad / Description | Also known as Cryd Tudno (Tudno's Cradle), on the western side of Pen y Dinas hill fort, Great Orme's Head. Legend has it that druids used the Rocking Stone as a means of finding criminals guilty or innocent. The accused were made to stand on the stone: if the stone rocked they were deemed innocent. If not, they were taken to the nearby cliff and thrown off onto the rocks below. |
