Ddisgrifiad / Description | & Greenfield Rd., facing Victoria Arcade, with workmen & steamroller laying tramtracks extending the line to Old Colwyn. A Light Railway order was granted on 1st August 1912; the first application was in 1907, for the section of The Llandudno and Colwyn Bay Electric Railway from Greenfield Road to the Queens Hotel in Old Colwyn, which was the terminus from 1915-1930. In the face of competition from buses the single track was abandoned between Greenfield Road and Queens Hotel from 22nd September 1930. Visible businesses include Victoria Restaurant, Sykes Chemist and Powlson Printers; on opposite side: A.Jenkinson and Son, Elianus Board Residence.
