by which ALB promises to leave the hotel on 25 March and authorises her solicitors to sign a Writ of Ejectment against her if she does not. Undertakes to sign over to them all horses, carriages, live and dead stock, wines, stores and provisions belonging to her in the hotel and to rent the furnishings and effects that belong to her to their nominee. Consents to their sale in any way as may be fixed by the Judge in the Suit of Sidebotham v. Ayrton.
Consideration: £2 a week from 25 March - 31 December. |
