The only property specified is 6, Rhos Cottages, The Woodlands, Conway, which is left absolutely to Joseph Tindall. Forbids his trustees to sell to Conway Corporation any land which might be used for extensions to the gas-works, since ''the Conway Corporation Gas Works have been a source of continuous anxiety to me owing to the nuisance to Bodlondeb on account of poisonous fumes''. Desires to be cremated, and his ashes placed in the vault of the Ancient Chapel, Toxteth Park, Liverpool,''without ceremony, but this shall not preclude a ceremony at the Conway Parish Church, should my trustees deem the same desirable''!
