[The letter has been annotated in red ink on the reverse indicating that JRD had previously appeared before the court on 16/4/34 and been convicted of driving under age and without insurance and had been fined £1 for each offence and disqualified from driving for 12 months from 6/9/34.]

(d) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE Gwilym Woods Jones (age 16) of Ty Nant, Eglwys Bach, guardian Robert Roberts of Cyffredin, Gyffin, Conway is charged with stealing a bicycle worth £6 belonging to Francois Julian Brys of 1 Glanrafon Terr., Gyffin, Conway.
(e) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE John Henry Ashmore (age 14), guardian Annie Ashmore, both of Oaklea, Bron Vardre Ave., Deganwy is charged with breaking and entering Machno House, Deganwy and stealing a Yale pattern key and £1-4-6 belonging to David Griffith. |
