She has had a tent for the past 4 years but the wind is always upsetting it. She asks whether Council consent is needed as the shelters are just laid on the ground and can be moved anywhere. She has asked Mr Delamotte [Conway Borough Engineer] and sent him a plan but he responded that he had "no time to bother with it"and, she says, is against everything they do. They would like to buy the shelters at a sale and asks whether they can be erected without consent.
