TD owes JO £200 and OD £150. In exchange for not pressing payment TD sells Stanley House and his interest in two steam engines and a threshing machine.

To High Sheriff originally drafted in case of Messrs Morris and Jones against Elizabeth Owen and Griffith Owen of Devon House, Llanrwst and amended to case of Isaac Thorp and Sons against Thomas Davies of Stanley House, Colwyn Bay stating that goods and effects seized in the case belong not to TD but to John Owen and Owen Davies by a bill of sale of May 1878.
