Originally dated 1885 and amended in pencil to 1892. The title states that the document is an "Appointment of freehold land and hereditaments in parish of Llysfaen in the county of Carnarvon" and relates to the transfer of land from "The Trustees of the Settlement of Mrs Williams Wynn and Mr Williams Wynn" to "The Trustees of the Colwyn Wesleyan Chapel". The document has, however, been heavily amended in pencil and pen with names and parties being added and removed.
