Marshal Morgan Boswell Black of no fixed abode, mechanical engineer, is charged with obtaining food and lodgings by false pretences from Henry Baguley of the Craigside Hydro Hotel, Llandudno.

(b) INFORMATION
of Thomas John Pritchard of Conway, Superintendent of Police, stating that R. B. Russell, otherwise known as Robert Bennison, of Cares, Parkfield Rd., Cheadlehulme, Cheshire obtained various items of apparel worth a total of £3-12-6 from H. Hughes and Sons, Gents. Outfitters, Llandudno by false pretences.

Robert Bennison, of Ceres, 36 Parkfield Rd., Cheadlehulme, Cheshire, salesman, is charged with obtaining various items of apparel worth a total of £7-0-6 from Henry Arthur Shilton, Gents. Outfitters, St George's Pl., Llandudno by false pretences.

Robert Bennison, of Ceres, 36 Parkfield Rd., Cheadlehulme, Cheshire, salesman, is charged with obtaining various items worth a total of £7-5-10 from Carlton Bottling Stores, Llandudno by false pretences.

Robert Bennison, of Ceres, 36 Parkfield Rd., Cheadlehulme, Cheshire, salesman, is charged with obtaining various items of apparel worth a total of £11-8-0 from Hugh Hughes and Sons, Gents. Outfitters, 92 Mostyn St., Llandudno by false pretences.

(f) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
Robert Bennison, of Ceres, 36 Parkfield Rd., Cheadlehulme, Cheshire, salesman, is charged with obtaining food and lodgings worth a total of £10-5-9 from William Herbert Owen Denness of the White Heather Hotel, Llandudno by false pretences.

(g) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
Robert Bennison, of Ceres, 36 Parkfield Rd., Cheadlehulme, Cheshire, salesman, is charged with the theft of a cheque book belonging to Robert Stewart Ridgley of 119 Lower Addiscombe Rd., Croydon, Surrey.

(h) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
Robert Bennison, of Ceres, 36 Parkfield Rd., Cheadlehulme, Cheshire, salesman, is charged with the theft of a lady's handbag and contents worth a total of £2-9-6 belonging to Mary Louisa Harrison of Grangemore, Trinity Sq., Llandudno.
