(d) LETTER dated 11th November 1938 written on behalf of the St. George's Hotel, Llandudno regarding extensions to its licence.
(e) APPLICATION made by John Price Hughes of Twthill View, Morfa Dr., Conway to reduce the amount of maintenance paid to his wife, Nellie Hughes of 9 Llewelyn St., Conway, due him now being unemployed.
(f) COMPLAINT of Ellen Jones of 28 Plas Newydd Estate, Tywyn, Deganwy stating that Mary Williams of 28 Plas Newydd Estate, Tywyn, Deganwy assaulted and beat her.
(g) INFORMATION given by Robert Roberts of 5 College Rd., Bangor, Inspector of Weights and Measures for the County of Caernarvon, stating that John Llewelyn Hughes of 37 Groesfford, Penmaenmawr and Glyn Gwyn Roberts of Abbey High St., Conway, trading as The Conway and District Meat Company, had in their possession a weighing instrument which was not stamped with a verification stamp under the Weights and Measures Act 1889.
(h) INFORMATION given by Robert Roberts of 5 College Rd., Bangor, Inspector of Weights and Measures for the County of Caernarvon, stating that John Llewelyn Hughes of 37 Groesfford, Penmaenmawr and Glyn Gwyn Roberts of Abbey High St., Conway, trading as The Conway and District Meat Company, had in their possession a weighing instrument which was false or unjust.

(j) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE Owen Robert Jones of Thalassa, Seaborne Rd., Holyhead is charged with driving without a licence.
(k) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE John Evans of Castellior, Menai Bridge, Anglesey is charged with failing to illuminate the rear identification plate on a motor car.
(l) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE Robert Parker of 7 High St., Pwllheli is charged with driving a motor car on a provisional licence without displaying distinguishing marks front and back.
(m) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE Robert Parker of 7 High St., Pwllheli is charged with driving a motor car on a provisional licence without being accompanied by a competent driver.
(n) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE Arthur Hughes of Dyffryn, Llanrwst, haulage contractor, is charged with using a motor lorry which had not been licensed by the Traffic Commissioners.
(o) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE William David Humphreys of Ty'n Rhos, Bethel, Caernarvon is charged with quitting a motor car without stopping the engine or setting the brake.
(p) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE Elizabeth Owen of 32 Park Rd. West, Birkenhead is charged with speeding.
(q) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE Morgan Henry Pritchard of 23 Tre Dafydd, Penygroes, motor driver, is charged with speeding in a motor lorry.
(r) DEPOSITION given by Thomas John Pritchard of Conway, Superintendent of Police stating that John Hugh Roberts of The Mount, Great Orme, Llandudno and Una Rosaline Norman of 1 Rosehill St., Conway are likely to be able to give evidence in the prosecution of Edwin Jeffrey Jones for the theft of a radiator cap.
(s) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE Edwin Jeffrey Jones of Minyrafon, Vale Rd., Llandudno Junction, motor fitter, is charged with stealing a radiator cap worth £1-5-0 belonging to H. M. Postmaster General.
