given by Robert Roberts of 5 College Rd., Bangor, Inspector of Weights and Measures for the County of Caernarvon, stating that John Llewelyn Hughes of 37 Groesfford, Penmaenmawr and Glyn Gwyn Roberts of Abbey High St., Conway, trading as The Conway and District Meat Company, had in their possession a weighing instrument which was not stamped with a verification stamp under the Weights and Measures Act 1889.
