(b) LETTER
dated 21st May 1928 from Chamberlain, Johnson and Parke, solicitors regarding the permanent transfer of the music and dancing licence for The Broadway Ballroom, Llandudno from Mr Frank Borthwick Sayer to Mr John Edwin Payne of The Majestic Ballroom.

(c) LETTER
dated 27th June 1928 from Chamberlain, Johnson and Parke, solicitors regarding Mr J. E. Payne of The Majestic and Broadway Ballrooms, Llandudno applying for an extension to his music and dancing license.

(d) LETTER
dated 4th August 1927 from Chamberlain, Johnson and Parke, solicitors regarding Mr J. E. Payne of The Majestic Ballroom, Llandudno applying for an extension to his music and dancing license.

(e) STATEMENT
made by Mary Jones of Penyffrith, Roewen to the effect that if the tenant of 3 Erw Cotts., Roewen, Michael John Jones,does not vacate the premises according to the Notice to Quit already received she will apply to the court for a warrant for constables to take eject the tenant.

(f) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
Hugh Evans of 42 Chapel St., Conway is ordered to pay Ann Evans of 3 Bryn Terr., Gyffin 12 shillings per week and 10 shillings costs in a settlement under the Summary Jurisdiction (Married Woemn) Act, 1895.

from Hugh Parry, Conway Town Clerk that Sarah Ellen Norbury of Old Bishops Palace, 12 Chapel St., Conway unlawfully received lodgers.

Katie Holmes Evans of Maison Cinnitte, Conway Rd., Llandudno Junction is charged with owning a dog without a licence.

Thomas Williams of 3 Plas Isa Place, Conway is charged with owning a dog without a licence.

George Stanley Bloom of 5 Sefton Terr. Deganwy is charged with dangerous driving.

(m) DEPOSITION
of Griffith William Roberts, police constable, stating that Richard Jones of The Cottage, Roewen, George Arnfield of Ainsdale Grove, Reddish, Stockport, Norman Hince of Lindon, Hazel Bridge Rd., Poynton and Sidney Charles Robbins of 4 Berry St., Conway all have evidence to give against George Stanley Bloom of 5 Sefton Terr. Deganwy who is charged with dangerous driving.

(n) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
John Hale Jones of Penrhynmawr, Rhosybol, Anglesey is charged with dangerous driving of a motor cycle.

(o) DEPOSITION
of Griffith William Roberts, police constable, stating that David Picton Davies of The Rectory, Llanfairfechan, Leonard Smith Davies of The Midland Bank, Welshpool and Willian Owen Jones of 23 Mona Rd., Conway all have evidence to give against John Hale Jones of Penrhynmawr, Rhosybol, Anglesey who is charged with dangerous driving of a motor cycle.

John Thomas of Hirfaes, Henryd, Conway is charged with using a horse dray without displaying appropriate lamps.

Robert Hugh Davies of 6 Plas Isa Place, Conway and Patrick Doreen of 25 Bont Uchaf, Bethesda are charged with stealing a pair of opera glasses worth £0-1-6 from J. McGilp.

Robert Hugh Davies of 6 Plas Isa Place, Conway and Patrick Doreen of 25 Bont Uchaf, Bethesda are charged with stealing a ladies shoe worth £0-11-3 from John Lloyd Jones.

(w) STATEMENT AND PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
John William Jones and Henry Brookes, both of no fixed abode, are charged with disorderly conduct while inmates of the casual ward of the Conway Union Workshouse.
