DECLARATION (1916 May 24): of the consent of Richard Waddy Moss, President of the Methodist Conference consenting to the sale of Llanrwst Wesleyan Methodist Chapel and Schoolroom.

NEWSPAPER CUTTING (1881 March): for the laying of memorial stones for the chapel at Llanrwst giving a brief history of Methodism there.

LETTER (1881 March 10): Jos. Hargreave, London, to Rev. F. Payne acknowledging receipt of the deeds of the chapel to be deposited in the Mission House safe. He gives names of the trustees of the Conway and Prestatyn chapels.

LETTER (1887 March 12): William Nicholson, Prince's Avenue, Hull to Mr. Payne informing him that the notes of hand had arrived and that Miss Pope's had been forwarded to her with a request that she return the old ones. He had forgotten to ask Miss Pope to cancel her note of hand but it was immaterial as Mr. Payne would destroy the notes. The notes of hand were satisfactory.

ACCOUNTS (1916 Nov 2): R. Hugh Mellor, auctioneer, valuer, house and insurance agent, The Auction Mark, Llewelyn Chambers, Colwyn Bay, to A. S. Bradburn for the goods sold at Mart, after carriage the sum of £23. 4s. 2d..

RECEIPT (n.d., c.1917): for Harmonium Organ sold by the Wesleyan Church, Llanrwst at the Auction Mart and removal of forms to Penrhos College.

RECEIPTED BILL (1917 June 19): F. Bateson, Haulage Contractor, Seaborn, Penrhos Road, Colwyn Bay to Hugh Mellor for the sum of £1. 12s. for carrying seats from Llanrwst to Penrhos College.

BILLS AND VOUCHERS AND BALANCE SHEETS (1920): for the sale of St. James Church, Llanrwst including completion account; solicitors charges, and blank form of application to sell trust property.
