Ddisgrifiad / Description | The Wesleyan Chapel Committee, Manchester to Rev. S. E. Keeble, Llandudno returning Deeds 11 April 1904 and 24 June 1905 and stating that the Trustees are in the same position as David Savory was because by a clerical error in the deed of exchange covenants were put into the second rather than the first schedule. These covenants did not tie up the land for a Wesleyan Chapel but prevented it from use as a Manufactory or a nuisance to S. Dumphey or the neighbourhood but it could be used for houses or storage. They also cannot interfere with the right of light of the owners of adjoining land. |
