Ddisgrifiad / Description | from A. Lewis-Jones, solicitor of Rhyl to Rev. T. Bishop, St. John's House, Llandudno stating that he had settled the form of conveyance with the Chapel Committee and Secretary and was taking a surrender by Miss Allday of the Lease and conveyance from Mr. Savory, which he encloses for Rev. Bishop to get signed [missing] as this avoids the necessity of enrolling the Conveyance in Chancery and preparing a Codicil to Miss Allday's will. He also suggests 2 witnesses to Mr. Savory's signature, although the other signatures only need one. He asks Rev. Bishop not to date the deed. A. Lewis-Jones also says that mother and baby are progressing well asks if Rev. Bishop will be able to baptise. |
