LETTER (1940 Jan 26) Rev. Harry Whitehead, Greenside, 8 Roumania Drive, Llandudno, to George ?[Meek] stating that the minutes had been written up, and the letters sent and asking him to call the Trustees to the next meeting. Notes on dorse.
LETTER: (1943 Feb 4): Harold Neville M.P.S. Dispensing and Photographic Chemist, 43 Queens Road, Craig-y-Don, Llandudno, to G. Meek, Frondirion sending the treasurers book because the Trustees meeting started too early. There was not anything in particular to report, the summary being at the back of the book, and it had been audited by the Circuit Stewards. He tenders his resignation because he would be called up for Military Service. There is a note that the printing of supply slips was paid privately.
LETTER (1946 Jan 9): Rev. J. W. Brown, Tranby, Lansdowne Road, Colwyn Bay, to Mr. Meek, enclosing signed notices for the Trustees' Meeting asking Mr. Meek to fill in the particulars and send them to the Trystees and 4 other people.
