Minutes: 1891-1931 including the minutes of the trustees of the Jane Owen Charity and copies of all the official documents in relation to the establishment and administration of the charity, a schedule of deeds and documents relating to the chapel and dwelling house (1880-1896) and a note re the Conway Chapel Deed (9 March 1880) which was deposited with the Extension Fund Committee until the building was erected.
Accounts: of the tustees (1880-1922), including the accounts of the Jane Owen Charity (1898-1922) and the Building Account Balance Sheet (1880-1889) including details of the repayment of borrowed capital.

LIST: of the objects for which the trustees could apply the annual income of Mrs. Jane Owen's charity.
BALANCE SHEET (2) (1884) of Conway Castle Bazaar (6-8 August 1884) for the reduction of the debt on the English Wesleyan Chapel, Conway, by which the ladies raised £236. 14s. 4d.. The balance sheet records the gratitude of the chapel to the ladies.
MEMORANDUM (c.1890) that the General Chapel Committee acting on behalf of the Wesleyan Methodist Conference had paid a grant of £75 towards the extinction of the debt on the Conway Wesleyan Chapel and that no debt remained upon the trust.
CONSENT (3 May 1893) of the Wesleyan Chapel Committee to the erection of an organ at Conway at a cost of £127.
APPEAL (February 1888) by Frederick Payne for funds and items for bazaars for the extinction of the remaining debts of the chapels at Conway and Llanrwst and the purchase of an iron mission chapel at Penmaenmawr. 2 copies.
NOTICE OF SALE (21 March 1902) of building land in Conway adjoining the English Wesleyan Chapel and the Bridge Hotel.
LETTER (13 December 1889) F. Payne, Beach Holme, Colwyn Bay to Mr. Osborn sending two bank-books with clean balance sheets. Two friends supplied the whole of the amount wanted. He had been entirely dependant on Mr. Cossons for the balance of the accounts, all accounts paid by Mr. Cossons to him he had initiated and sent to the bank. He encloses a copy of the only balance sheet in his possession and a statement of Mr. C[osson]s salary. If he did not want the pass books they could be put with the other papers.

LETTER (6 August 1884) Edge Malkin and Co., Newport Pottery, Burslem to Rev. F. Payne stating that the crockery they were sending and asking for forwarding instructions.
