Ddisgrifiad / DescriptionJohn Jones on the left, worked at Penmaen Bach Quarry up until its' closure as a road lengthman and also as a builder's labourer. Sometime known as 'John Conway' possibly to distinguish him from Jack Jones of Gyffin. On the right, Tom Craven, worked as mussel picker and with the pleasure boats. On retirement became a fish hawker selling fish from a barrow. In these images he is showing 2 [plaice] to John Jones. [2 images] [colour]
