Ddisgrifiad / Descriptionre the outline of the terms upon which the authorities of Conway, Colwyn Bay and Colwyn can have a water supply from Cowlyd Lake which is situated on lands belonging to Lord Willouby de Eresby and the Hon. Mr. Wynn in about equal moities.

Terms include:
1. A suggestion of a payment of £1,000 to be equally divided between the 2 owners and a further annual sum in the nature of Way Leave rent to Mr. Wynne in respect of the pipetrack through his property which will be the same sum as paid to Mr. Elias Jones.
2. The sum of £20 per acre to be paid for all land to be submerged by the raising of the level of the lake.
