1. A suggestion of a payment of £1,000 to be equally divided between the 2 owners and a further annual sum in the nature of Way Leave rent to Mr. Wynne in respect of the pipetrack through his property which will be the same sum as paid to Mr. Elias Jones.
2. The sum of £20 per acre to be paid for all land to be submerged by the raising of the level of the lake. |
