Re allowing Bishop and his parties to extract "stones and clays... applicalble to the manufacture of porcelain and earthenware." Lease granted for 21yrs subject to fair and accountable terms determined upon between the parties. William Bishop paying for the present and first five years of the lease a royalty of 2 shillings per ton on all produce carried away and afterwards such royalty as shall be considered by arbitration.
