re Conway Harbour for a term of £1000 years to secure £350 and interest at £4 10s per cent per annum. [Dated Dec 31st 1880.]

B. INDENTURE OF SUFFICIENT CHARGE:
1. Mayor, Bailiffs and Burgesses of Conway.
2. Mrs. Sarah Lees and others.

Sarah Lees of Cartef Melus, Conway, widow of Hamlet Lees of Moorside, Oldham, Lancs. and Albert Edwin Smith of 21 Queen Street, Oldham, solicitor were appointed executors and trustees in John Lees will. He died April 24th 1897.
The principal sum of the mortgage is still owing but all the interest has been paid. The mortgagors have agreed to lend the mortgagees a further sum of £200 with an interest of £4 per centum per annum. [Dated July 2nd 1902.]

C. MORTGAGE:
1. Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Conway.
2. William Roberts Esq. of Bryn Conway, gentleman.

Re mortgage of the harbour of Conway to secure £450 and interest at a rate of £4 10s. per centum per annum. [Dated Feb 5th 1908.]

Transfer of Mortgage
1. Messrs. W Lloyd Roberts, 81 Plymouth Road, Penarth, Glamorgan and John Vaughan Williams, Bryn Conway. [transferors]
2. Mrs. Anne Ellen Williams, wife of William Richard Williams, Plas Isa, Glan Conway, farmer.

William R Williams died on March 11th 1916. His will appointed the transferors to be his executors. Mrs. Anne Williams (mortgagee) has agreed to the request of the borrowers [Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Conway] to pay the sum of £350 to the transferors at a rate of £5 per centum per annum. [Dated Dec 6th 1916]
3. endorsed with a Transfer of Mortgage by Endorsement by Mrs. Anne Ellen Williams [Dated July 8th 1933]

D. TRANSFER OF MORTGAGE:
1. Mrs. Sarah Lees and another, Cartref Melus, Conway, widow and Albert Smith, 21 Queen Street, Oldham, Lancs., solicitor.
2. Mrs. Sarah Lees and others - Albert Edwin Smith and William Mellodew, West View, Moorside, Oldham, secretary of a cotton spinning company.

Re a mortgage of certain yards upon the Quay , Wing Yard, Pensarn Yard Quay, - Quay and Harbour Dues and the land works and property connected with the Harbour. A further charge on the said hereditaments for £250. [Dated March 23rd 1912]

Re mortgage of lthe harbour lands and works situate in the Borough of Conway to secure £350 and interest at the rate of £4 per centum. [dated Feb 4th 1914]

MEMORANDUM: [dated March 1st. 1922.] £100 and interest was paid in reduction of within mentioned principal sum leaving £150 and interest still remaining owed.
