Re all rocks, beds, veins or strata of that kind of mine or mineral which is commonly called compact felspar and other rocks, clays and substances applicable to the manufacture of porcelain and earthenware found and discovered on the lands and grounds of the said aldermen, bailiffs and burgesses who licence William Bishop his executors, administrators, agents and workmen from time to time and at all times during the term of lthe lease to dig, delve, sink, search for and take and carry away all said mines or minerals from the lands or strand on the North West end of Conway Marsh.
Rent: £50 per annum plus rent royalty of 2s for every ton of the weight of the 21 hundredweight to the ton and £120 to the hundredweight of the said minerals and produce which shall be raised and carried away in any one year of the said term above the number of 500 tons.
