| Ddisgrifiad / Description | from the minutes of a meeting of the Corporation of Conway relating to Mr. Robert James Sissons of St. Asaph and Richard James of Llanrwst who were contracted with John Lloyd Jones esq., Deganwy to purchase the Deganwy Estate in the parish of Llanrhos part of which was held under a renewable lease from the corporation.
Robert Sissons and Richard James wished the corporation to sell their interest in the Deganwy Estate which included a renewable lease to Colonel Peers Williams and accept a gross sum in lieu of fee farm rent and sell the fee simple of the land marked on a tracing [missing]. This the Corporation agreed to do.
