| Ddisgrifiad / Description | Following a resolution by the Council to consider amalgamation of areas in order to adapt to increasing costs and demands for services, each department is required to create a report of advantages and disadvantages of such a change. Includes reports from the Town Clerk, the Medical Officer of Health, the Sanitary Inspector, the Electricity Department, the Librarian, the Borough Treasurer and the Borough Engineer. Also includes diagram showing existing Borough and UDC boundaries with a suggested enlarged borough to include Llandudno, Penmaenmawr and part of Nant Conway.
