The principle aim of the bill was the dissolution of the Conway Bridge Commissioners and transfer of responsibility for the bridge to the Council. It also authorised the dismantling and removal of the bridge. Additionally it made provisions relating to health, local government and finance.
Also includes by-laws, revision of harbour powers and charges, and proposal to move annual fairs to site of Vicarage Gardens car-park.
