Venables Williams, Chairman of the Conway Rural Sanitary Authority - 'regarding his report to the Right Honorable Lord Willoughby d'Eresby and Honorable Frederick Wynn, owners of Cowlyd Lake ' - which was read and discussed 25th July 1890. After these meeting he received instructions which are reported in this document regarding the works on the Cowlyd Water Supply. |
