Mr. Thomas Jones, Timber Merchant and Mr. W. Davies were elected bailiffs. Mr. Thomas Roberts and Capt. Richard Williams elected Church Wardens. Mr. Thomas Roberts being nominated by the Vicar, Richard Williams by the burgesses.
Mr. James Evans, Sir [Thomas] Mostyn, Mr. Roger Mostyn, Mr. Evan Hughes, gardener, Owen Jones, currier, Mr. Salisbury [surgeon], [?-] Jones, butcher and Robert Jones [surgeon] elected bailiffs.

dated 1853 25th Jan. Reports a plan for making a deviation in the line of railroad from Conway Station to Llandudno was approved by corporation. Also in consideration of the above on application by Mr. Lloyd Jones for a lease of the land near Deganwy was 'declined at present.'
A lease of the ground under Mr. Jones' timberyard - 40 yards x 20 yards for 50 yrs be granted at the rent of 10s and that Mr. Felton make a [tenancy] of the ground. Also the bailiffs contract the removal of the cottage now occupied by Griffith Jones and erection of another with their materials.
Present at the meeting: Mr. Webster - bailiff, Edward Jones - Blue Bell, Mr. Jones - timber merchant, Mr. W. Hughes, W. Davies.

On dorse:
a. Special meeting of the corporation where the seal of the corporation was affixed to a petition to the House of Lords praying their lordships would grant St. Georges Harbour and the Llandudno Railway Bill. [dated 1853 Jun 20th]
b. Application made by Mr. Edward Jones, Churchwarden to the Corporation for mats for the church aisles.
c. The plan of Court Mawr and timber yard was laid before the meeting by G. Felton.
